Having Trouble Logging into Your YF Account?

If you are having trouble logging into your YF account, don't panic!

In order to login, you need both your YF ID number and password.

Read the list below which contains a few simple solutions to help you locate the information and fix login issues.

Did you save your Login Information in Your Browser or Password Manager?

If your YF ID and password were previously saved in your browser, you may be able to retrieve them through your browser’s password manager.

Common location: Settings>Autofill>Password Manager

You may also have your credentials stored in your device’s keychain or another password manager (such as 1Password). Be sure to update and re-save your login information there, as well.

Forgot Your YF ID Number?

If you’ve forgotten your YF ID, click Forgot YF ID on the login page.

Enter your first name, last name, and email address, and you will receive an email with your YF ID.

Forgot Your Password?

Click the Forgot Password link on the login page.

Enter your YF ID, and you will receive an email with a verification code to reset your password.

Forgot Both Your YF ID and password?

If you have forgotten both your YF ID and password, you will want to get your YF ID using the Forgot YF ID link on the login page first. You will then be able to use the Forgot Password link to change your password using the YF ID number.

Recently Changed Your Password?

If you recently updated your password but are unable to log in, your browser or password manager may still be autofilling your old password. Be sure to update your password manager with your most current password.

I didn’t receive a password reset email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder.

Nothing Happens When I select the login button. What should I do?

If you are not redirected to the YF Home page, and you don't seem to get any sort of response after selecting the login button, try these steps:

  1. First, try closing and reopening the website.
  2. Next, try closing and reopening your browser.
  3. If you continue to have trouble, try clearing your browsing data.

    You can usually find this under the browser settings or three dots in the top right corner of the screen.

    How to clear browsing data:

    1. Select the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
    2. Select History
    3. Select Delete Browsing Data
    4. Select all time
    5. Select delete from this device
Receiving An Error Message?

If you are receiving an error message, first check the error message and see if it suggests your profile is missing any needed information. Fill in the missing information if so.

If you do not understand or recognize the error you are seeing, try clearing the browsing data.

How to clear browsing data:

  1. Select the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Select History
  3. Select Delete Browsing Data
  4. Select all time
  5. Select delete from this device

If you are unable to recover your YF ID, reset your password, or login to your account using the steps above, contact us.

Include the following information in your email:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Email address used to register
  • A brief description of the problem you are experiencing
  • If you are receiving an error message, please include a screenshot if you are able.
